Then when you are ready to eat, simply cook from frozen without thawing first. This means you can prepare our goodies quickly and easily straight from the freezer without having to remember that it the night before. We exist to make life easier for you!
Why is it best to keep all our pastas in your freezer? Our pastas are very different from supermarket fresh pasta. We strictly avoid all preservatives and artificial additives. Also, for the likes of our ravioli and tortellini, we make the pasta part of the products as thin as possible! This means our pasta will almost melt in your mouth, and it has less of the cheaper, less exciting part of the product (pasta shell), and more filling and flavour. For these reasons, we recommend always keeping our pastas in the freezer and cooking them from frozen.

Just to clarify, all our food is made in a commercial kitchen under some of the strictest in the world regulatory HASSP guidelines and although our meals are not home cooked meals, they are instead Cook at home meals. We have done all the hard work so most of the meals can be cooked in under 6 minutes or are simply heat and eat.
Our recipes are all created by the founders’ Sicilian father-in-law Sam & most are time tested family recipes that have been adapted to be made commercially with the same love and care as our original recipes were made by Sam’s mum aka – Nona!
