- There is no exchange/refund policy as per customer’s liking or disliking of the product since all products are made to order for our esteemed customers.
- Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds. However, if there is a defect, mistake or quality issue in the product shipped to you, we will consider replacing it at management discretion.
